What's our refund policy?
Once you've paid, that's final—except if we remove your listing, when you get a full refund.

You keep what you pay for
When you pay for a listing on Tavero Launch, it's yours to keep. We don't issue refunds once the money's cleared, and this sits well with how most shopfronts work: you stock the shelves, you run the business.
This doesn't change your statutory rights as a customer, which remain whatever the law gives you.
We take it down, you get paid back
If our team rejects or removes a paid listing from the site, you'll get every penny back. The refund lands straight in your original payment method automatically, and we'll send you a credit note as well.
If you've paid in crypto, we'll need a payout address from you to return the funds.
Chargebacks and disputes
If a payment gets disputed or reversed with your bank or payment provider, we take down everything bought with that order while the dispute is being worked out. Once it's settled in our favour, your listings can go back online.

- What happens if you remove my listing?
- If we take it down, you'll get a full refund sent back to your original payment method, plus a credit note.
