How does the free trial work?

Over the course of 14 days, you will have full access to 3 seats and a majority of the Grade.us platform. You will be able to set up your review funnel, add unlimited review sites for monitoring, set up review request email campaigns, implement basic white labeling, and schedule reports. No credit card required.

What happens when my free trial ends?

At the end of your free trial, you will be asked to pick a plan and enter your payment information. You will no longer be able to access your Grade.us account until you activate your subscription. However, you will not lose any third-party reviews that have been collected over the free trial.

Which plan is right for me?

The plans work for any business type. Customers choose their plans based on the number of locations or clients they have. You can add more seats as your business grows or your agency scales, and the more seats you require, the more you save on volume pricing.

What happens to my reviews after I cancel my account?

You will not lose any third-party reviews that have been collected while being a Grade.us customer. You can also export all of your directly collected first-party reviews prior to cancellation.
