There is a 15-minute grace period for all bookings. If late, the operator will do as much of the scheduled service as possible in the remaining time, but full charge applies. If the salon is running late by over 30 minutes, they offer either a complimentary Kérastase Fusio Dose Treatment or complimentary refreshments.
