About Customer Support & Success
Every good high-street shop knows the sale is only half the job. The other half happens at the counter: answering questions, fixing what went wrong and making sure people come back. This category gathers the software and services that do that work for local and service businesses, from a shared inbox for a small team to a full ticketing setup.
Browse the subcategories below to narrow the aisle, or scroll the whole category to see everything at once. Newest launches sit at the front by default, and you can switch to community votes, which nobody can pay to influence. When comparing, think about who will actually answer the messages, how quickly a new starter could learn the tool, and whether it fits the way your customers already get in touch.

Customer Support & Success: questions answered
- What belongs in Customer Support & Success?
- Anything a business uses to answer, keep or learn from customers after first contact: ticketing, chat, help articles and review collection. Tools for winning new customers sit in other categories. Pick the subcategory that matches the job you spend most of your day on.
- How do I choose between the subcategories?
- Start with where your customers already ask for help. Inbox-heavy teams suit a help desk, busy websites suit chat, repeat questions suit a knowledge base, and reputation worries suit feedback and reviews. Plenty of businesses end up combining two, so compare how well each tool connects to the others.
- How do I get my product listed here?
- Go to /submit and give us your site's web address. A draft profile is written from that site, then you read it through and change anything you like; nothing goes live until you are happy. A paid launch costs $5, while a free listing waits in a queue of about 6-8 weeks.
- Can a product sit in several categories?
- Each listing has a single main category, chosen at submission and included free. If your tool covers more ground, an upgrade for $5 lets you add extra categories, so a chat tool with a built-in help centre could be found in both places.
- How are the listings ordered?
- The newest launches come first, like fresh stock at the front of the stall. Visitors can instead sort by community votes. Votes cannot be bought by anyone, so a high position reflects what other visitors actually backed rather than what a founder paid for.
