Mobile app that records doctor visits, transcribes them, and creates AI summaries of diagnoses and medications that patients can ask questions about and share

MyDoctorSaid: the homepage
MyDoctorSaid is a mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android that records medical appointments, transcribes them, and produces AI summaries of diagnosis, medications and follow-up instructions. Users can ask questions about visits later in plain language and share summaries with family members automatically. The app works in English and Spanish, with recordings limited to 20 minutes per visit, covering typical consultations.
The app organizes appointments by doctor, specialty and date, and allows patients to access visit information days or months after the appointment. A core feature enables automatic sharing of summaries with family members via email. The service emphasizes patient data privacy, collecting only name, email and password, without requesting health profiles or insurance details.
MyDoctorSaid is built by Dr. Miguel A. Peña-Ruiz, an internal medicine physician with 17+ years in practice. The app does not replace medical advice but serves as a tool to help patients remember what their physician said during appointments.

MyDoctorSaid is a mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android that records your medical appointment, transcribes it and produces an AI summary of the diagnosis, medications and follow-up instructions. You can ask questions about the visit later and share the summary with family.
Laws on recording conversations vary by country and state, and some require the consent of everyone involved. MyDoctorSaid is designed around asking your doctor for permission before you press record. Always ask first; most physicians agree when they know it helps you follow their instructions.
Your recordings, transcripts and summaries are tied to your account and encrypted in transit and at rest. To create the account we ask for your name, an email address and a password — no health profile, no insurance details. We never sell your health information and never use it to train AI models. You can export or delete everything from Settings.
