Why is my listing waiting for my founder profile?
Complete your founder profile at /account/founder to release your listing and go live.

Your listing needs a finished founder profile before it can go live. You can draft and submit it, but it won't launch or be scheduled until you've filled in all the essentials.
What you need to add
Head to /account/founder and fill in: a photo with a one-line description, your full name, your role or title, which country you're in, and a bio of at least 80 characters. You'll also need at least one personal link — your website or your own social profile (not your company pages). City and a founder story link are optional if you'd like to add them.
When your listing releases
The moment your profile is complete, your listing goes live automatically. If you've already paid for a week that hasn't started yet, you keep it. If that week's passed, your listing launches this week (paid) or rolls into the next free queue week, and we'll let you know which.
Bringing in co-founders
Want other people on your listing? Go to the Team section of /account/founder and invite them. They'll appear on your product once they've completed their own profiles.

- Why can't my listing go live yet?
- Your founder profile isn't finished. Check /account/founder for any missing details — photo, name, role, country, bio of at least 80 characters, and at least one personal link.
- Will I lose my listing if it's waiting?
- No. Your listing is safe. The moment you complete your profile, it releases automatically. Any paid week you've booked is kept.
- How do I add co-founders?
- Invite them from the Team section at /account/founder. They need their own completed profiles to show on your product.
